I used the "You Are My Sunshine" theme from the August 2009 Storytellers Club ultimate kit for this layout. I put pop dots on some small flower die cuts and used them as flower centers to accent the background paper. I added layered flowers from Prima with a brad center, and I hand-pieced a bumblebee with vellum wings and secured it with a pop dot. I wrote in the date with a black Slick Writer marker from American Crafts. I made the black photo mat from construction paper.

You Are My Sunshine - February 2008
Hayden, my firstborn, my treasure...I love you! Hayden was 8 in this picture.
